REGISTRATION TERMS

a. To be 13 to 25 years old (included) during the school.

b. To pay the registration cost of 400,00 €  before 23/06/2023 on the account IBAN : BE55 3401 3257 0544 – BIC : BBRUBEBB – ING , Rue du Fort 3, B-4671 Blégny)
with the mention : "Y.B.S. , Name and first name"

The payement of the registration includes :

• the programme and its organization
• thesyllabus with all the details of each  presentation
• Accomodation and meals during the stay (from Wednesday midday till Sunday 17:00) (-> 3 meals a day + collations for the afternoon)
• food, bedding pen and accomodation for the calf
• work material for the project : wheelbarrow, fork, identification pannels
• preparation products (clear, black magic, undress, soap...)
• tee-shirt for presentation in the ring

This price does not include :

• Travel costs up to Battice and return travel are paid by the participant (if people from our team are asked to drive yourself:
  40,00 € / person from airport to fairground and return)
• Meal on Tuesday evening in case of arrival before weenesday
• Extra night outside the school : 25,00 € / night
• Clothing :
  • normal work clothe
  • white trousers (jeans or cotton) for the presentation in the ring
  • work shoes for the presentation
• sleeping bag
• basic equipment to take with you for the training :
  • clipper with sharp comb
  • 5 m electric extenson cord
  • hair blower (220 V - 2 plugs)
  • wash brush, scraper
  • leather show halter
  • nylon halter for the washing and clipping

c. The heifers are supplied by A.W.E. Only belgian Young Breeders can come with their heifer (issued of the family  breeding).  The animals will have to respect the EYBS organisation sanitary rules (informations will be available on our website www.eybs.eu - Statuts I3 or I4).

REGISTRATION FORMULAR

Possibility of team registration (team of max. 5-6 persons)
The organization has the right to complete a team under 6 persons.
