REGISTRATION TERMS

a. To be 13 to 25 years old (included) during the school.

b. To pay the registration cost of 500,00 €  before 31/05/2026 on the account IBAN : BE34 3601 0123 7690 – BIC : BBRUBEBB – ING , Avenue Marnix 24, B-1000 Bruxelles)
with the mention : "Y.B.S. , Name and first name"

The payement of the registration includes :

• the programme and its organization
• thesyllabus with all the details of each  presentation
• Accomodation and meals during the stay (from Wednesday midday till Sunday 17:00) (-> 3 meals a day + collations for the afternoon)
• food, stable straw and shelter for the heifers
• Stable equipment : wheelbarrow, fork, identification pannels
• Grooming products (clear, black magic, undress, soap...)
• tee-shirt for showmanship competition

This price does not include :

• Travel costs up to Battice and return (if airport shuttle required :45,00 € / person)
• Meal on Tuesday evening in case of arrival before weenesday
• Extra night outside the school : 25,00 € / night
• Clothing :
  • normal work clothe
  • white trousers (jeans or cotton) for the presentation in the ring
  • work shoes for the presentation
• sleeping bag
• basic equipment to take with you for the training :
  • One or more clippers with the corresponding blades
  • A hair dryer with a narrow nozzle
  • Washing brush and clothes
  • An electric drum of 5-10 meters, some extension cords and adapter
    for european electrical grid
  • A leather show halter S/M
  • A nylon halter for washing and clipping ;

c. The heifers are supplied by A.W.E. Only belgian Young Breeders can come with heifer.  The animals will have to respect the YBS organisation sanitary rules (informations will be available on our website www.eybs.eu - Statuts I3 or I4).

d. Young people are strongly advised to take out medical-assistance insurance.

e. The Organizing Committee will not be held liable in any way if the event has to be postponed, cancelled or closed early due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. Cases of force majeure include war, pandemics, disease, riots, strikes, demonstrations, fires, explosions and any other circumstance beyond the control of the organizers. In such cases, participants will not be entitled to any compensation, but only to reimbursement of the sums paid, less any organizational expenses incurred by awé.
